What is a paradigm?
As part of our 'Leader in Me' study we talked about paradigms today. We worked out that a paradigm is the way people see things. When we get extra information we can have a paradigm shift. Ask your child about the cookie story. We looked at this picture to introduce the idea of a paradigm.

I remember this picture from when I was at School, it's funny as back then all I could see was the old lady now no matter how hard I look I can only see the young women, India can only see the old lady.
it took a while for me to see the old lady but when i saw it it looked funny!
